Leebrick is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia graduating from E.C. Glass High School in 1976. He attended University of Virginia, receiving his B.A. in English and Government in 1980. Mr. Leebrick received his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University 1985.
Mr. Leebrick is admitted to practice law in all state courts throughout the Commonwealth, including Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, General District Courts, Circuit Courts, the Court of Appeals of Virginia, and the Virginia Supreme Court. Additionally, Mr. Leebrick is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
