There Are No “Winners” in Wrongful Death Cases

There are no “winners” in these cases because, under the law, the only method of compensation to loved ones is monetary, which seems inadequate to those who have suffered so much.
If a loved one dies or is killed because of the wrongful act, or neglect of any person or corporation through no fault of his/her own, then the law provides for a specialized recovery. Damages are based on various criteria, including:
