As part of our practice of Elder Law, we prepare guardianship and conservatorship petitions on behalf of clients who are faced with the daunting responsibility of obtaining power over a loved one's affairs in the event of his or her incapacity. We strive to complete the legal process in such a manner as to preserve dignity for all.
Mr. Leebrick is also qualified by the Virginia Supreme Court to represent adult individuals and children as their guardian ad litem in the event of guardianship/conservatorship proceedings.
Mr. Leebrick attends continuing legal education classes that emphasize “Elder Law” issues pertinent to an aging population.
